Bring Back Our Journalists : Sofien Chourabi & Nadhir Gutari

21th Januray 2015, is a national day organized by a group of Tunisians bloggers to write via social media network and express our support for Nadhir and Sofien.

Today, i write with my subjectivity as a Tunisian citizen and a human right believer as the victims. The incident began on the 2nd September 2014 when the journalist Sofien Choufabi and the photograph Nadhir Gutari took the road toward Libya, sent in a mission a make a report covered for FirstTV. The victims held hostage for the first time between 4th and 6th September 2014, and then they had released for a couple of hours so they could call their families before they got held hostage again on 8th September until this moment.

Unfortunately, every human being is treated and respected as much as his country appreciates him. the families victims are in a horrible situation due to five months of missing Sofien and Nadhir while the Tunisian authority could only disappointingly gave promises to look after the case with diplomatic consultations.

On 8th November 2014, many of human rights defenders gathered in solidarity for the victims in Tunis hoping to see them peacefully come back . the Libyan authorities localized where they are but the situation got worse when the Islamic State division in Libya claimed on their facebook page to have executed them. which was denied by both of Tunisian and Libyan authorities 

A huge disappointment we have witnessed since their lost. we still wait for that day when Sofien and Nadhir cross the borders getting back to their homeland  

Open and urgent complaint to the President , Mr. Driss El Yazami the National Council of Human Rights in Morocco

Subject: the son of a refugee policy hostage to Morocco and subjected to torture and murder

Mr. Speaker,

Because of criticism that had been written by our father titled " these are the human rights in Morocco," he criticized in turn the role of the royal institution in this regard. After this review , there was the appearance of secret camps , secret torture and countless abducted and missing , story time takes its revenge on him what he had written . Then he gave a copy to the authorities responsible for asylum and UNHCR in Belgium before he has the status of political refugee officially recognized 01/09/1993 under No. 12044 . Except that the royal institution had received a copy and ordered his men to keep under the eye until the opportunity arises to kidnap or assassinate him. And when they tried to kidnap him for the second time , he formally withdrew his Moroccan identity while informing the relevant authorities , including the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Morocco , asking him to help us, his son , our output Belgium as soon as possible . But contrary to what was requested, we have been hostage until an opportunity is also presented to murder us with a car accident or some other method from their own. On 28/04/2008 , we launched an urgent appeal to the Moroccan associations for our liberation and join us at our father, and had been disseminated through the media, including 6 Moroccan newspapers accompanied by some associations who had disseminated in turn, in the description and photo of their president on the daily newspaper " Assabah " 22/5/2008 to prove that the association had actually taken charge of the case .

But the royal institution was quickly intervened and put a red line which obliged all associations to step back including the association had adopted our situation leaving intelligences still exercise their tortures and murders us. Besides everyone knows how they prevented us to apply for a visa at the embassy of Belgium in Agadir and Casablanca, and the murder of our sister Halima Hamouda through medical tablets on 25/9/2011 .

The events held are super long, but you will find documented in the complaint that you received and published on your website 27/11/2012 in pages 17-18 and then we would simply add the following: 30 / 07 /2013 and while I raised protest banners in employment , higher authorities had attacked me while being supported by a full team , they beat me with slaps and kicks up I am fallen and returning in a deep coma without any of my limbs moving. After they dispersed for fear of being taken photos with phones, unlike three policemen. The crowd had gathered around me and then called me an ambulance that had literally saved my life. And just a note, regarding the video filmed Protestant people about what had happened to me , you will receive a copy of the latter, it is the testimony of citizens who express and repeated that the system prevents the son of a political refugee to join their father ( see video ) . Except that their testimony was not gone unnoticed and without price , as the fighter Khalil Rifi had been expelled from his work while throwing it in the street starving . They had prevented him from everything, even the fact that access to employment for complaint on this subject. In turn he also filmed a video showing his expulsion that will later public, but with regard to other activists they retaliated against them , indirectly unfortunately. The next and following the orders of some higher authorities, the hospital had kicked me out when I was in a catastrophic state . And prevented me by all means to transfer the video to the media with the exception of a few sites that do not exceed the fingers of one hand. And since we do not stop harassing me and cause , and even threats of murder they will not hesitate to do as they had done with our sister. But despite that you have received this complaint several times , no one has bothered to do something or at least tell us.

Conclusion : After all this, the question arises : If the royal intelligence has nothing to do with the assassination and detention , so what that prevents an analysis on the corpses just bury by force? Is this proof that the time embers emerged ? What is the difference between murder opponents in the doors and do with medical pills? The silence the media and political civil society, and the extreme silence of the Ministries of Interior and Foreign Affairs does not hide behind the involvement of the intelligence , because it is only one machine, but it shows that the palace is also involved in this story. According to the reasons mentioned we deplore and strongly condemn this heinous attack and we appeal to you for a second time. Do your duty in making our following requirements in order to save the rest of us :

Applications: 1 grant us our freedom immediately so that we reach our father according to international standards and charters being the son of a political refugee being held hostage and exposed to murder and torture. 2 bring out the corpse of anatomy in the context of achieving a fair and transparent martyrdom under the supervision of the UN Council for Human Rights and international organizations. 3 investigate systematic torture they practice on us and especially by the police officer Mohamed Timstit the officer Samir El Hamdouni , element Wadii DST , the commander Mounir and thug HK bringing them to justice. 4 investigate the kidnapping , which was implemented by the palace , under the guise of " royal pardon " as evidenced by the writing had been drafted by the palace under the name of the lawyer MZ , forcing it to make us 1000 euros , and present to the court all that proves the involvement of someone in the story regardless of position . 5 open an inquiry concerning the expulsion of Khalil Rifi and to resume his work. Ultimately , we will notify you that we decided to go in a series of hunger strike from 24.02.2014 shocked that our father will turn Belgium and if you do not take our complaint seriously , our strike will last until 12.03.2014 to achieve our stated objectives , and if not we get back in open from from 13/ 3/2014 something that will eventually be our death or the realization strike our requests. And it would be up to you to accept the consequences.

نداء استغاثة من أبناء اللاجئ السياسي أمين حمودا

قضية الوالد أمين حمودا

امين حمودة ناشط حقوقي مغربي , كتب نقدا بعنوان "هذه حقوق الانسان بالمملكة العربّية " سنّة 1985 و الذّي انتقد من خلاله الدور الخطير للمؤسسة المغربية في مجال حقوق الانسان , و الذّي كان سبب منحه اللجوء السياسي من طرف المملكة البلجيكية سنّة 1993, كما ادعى ابناء امين حمودة انّ المخابرات المغربية سحبت نسخة من ملف اللجوء عن طريق نفوذها و سلمته للسلطات المغاربية العليّا , و من حينها أصدرت المؤسسة المغربية قرار بالتعامل مع ملفه كلاجئ سياسي بطريقة استثنائية , حيث وقع اختطاف الضحية مرّتين سنّة 2001 و 2007 , من ثّم أصبح 

التعامل مع ابناءه كرهائن مقابل تقديم والدهم تنازلات لصالح السلطات المغربية 

معاناة أبناء أمين حمودة

بعد محاولة اختطاف امين حمودة اخر مرّة سنة 2007 على اثر سحب جنسيته المغربية بصفّة استثنائية , أصبحت معاملة السلطة لا بناءه كرهائن حيث منعوهم من السفر الى بلجيكيا , و اعتقل الابن محمّد من قبل قوات الامن بمدينة سيدي أفني بالمغرب يوم 2 أكتوبر 2012 و تعذيبه بطريقة وحشية اثر انتظاره لوصول اللجنّة الافريقية لحقوق الانسان ليسلمها ملف قضيتهم و تجاوزات السلطة عليهم

كما يعترف احد الابناء أنّه يتعرض هو و أشقاءه الى العنف و التعذيب بشكل مسترسل , و وصفه بمسلسلات الاغتيالات و التعذيب وصلت الى حدّ اعدام شقيقتهم الصغيرة يوم 25 سبتمبر 2011 بأقراص طبيّة و صفتهم لها طبّية بأغادير تدعى ربيعة الصيغي , لذلك اعترض اشقاؤها على دفنها مطالبين تشريح الجثّة , لكن رفضت السلطات ذلك و تّم دفنها بالغصب و القوّة. كما صوّر الاعلام المحلي  القضية على أساس انّ الابناء ليسوا محتجزين كرهائن و انّ موت شقيقتهم كان خطأ طبّي كما تمّ انتزاع التوقيع و

بعث احد أبناء امين حمودا , محمود حمودا رسالة مفتوحة  من خلال السفارة التونسية

الحملة الدولية الصامتة لإنقاذ ابناء امين حمودا

بسبب هذا الاضطهاد لا بناء اللاجئ و معاملتهم كرهائن كذلك تجاهل القضية و التعتيم الاعلامي عليها في المغرب , اطلقت هذه الحملة من بلدان الربّيع العربّي و بعض بلدان الغرب حيث عبّروا على وحشية الانتهاك لحقوق عائلة ابناء امين حمودة و ساهموا في انطلاق حملة على الأنترانات لمساندة الابناء بالصور و الفيديوهات لكسب القضية مزيد من الرأي العام
