#FreeZwewla Grafitti is not a crime

About two years spent after Tunisia's change , the end of dictatorship as many believe .This people revolted for  freedom , dignity &, which is more important , to put an end for the social and economic problems.Actually we only reap  the freedom of expression even sometimes we got suppressed by the new regime. Thus media , artists and citizens found their ways to criticize
Grafitti: is a sipmle way to express somthing by writing or drawings scribbled, scratched, or sprayed  on a wall used since long time ago , 'til this moment specialy to raise voice to the authorities like protesting for rights
The story starts with two young guys, study Grafitti art in Gabes south Tunisia , Oussema Bouagil & Chahin Belrich are members in the movement of poor people artistic.On 03 november 2012 police tired to lug them , they tried even to use live bullet to intimidate them . On tuesday 06 novemeber , they guys knew that they are facing charges of “writing, without permission on public property,breaching the state of emergency and publishing fake news that could disturb public order”  while the 05 Decmber was determined a day for thier trial

After all the hope that we felt of a good live , we got only speaking , & now they want to supress this guys with any way , human rights in my country are running the alert again .On 19 november some guys including them many bloggers like Leena Ben mehenni protested in with a peacefull way to support the two guys , also to defend the right of expression ,normally they were Intercepted by security forces , without fear they continued their ways to the coliseum of Tunis center

Big Step To the Back

i always wanted from all the tunisian media to look with a big eyes  for what happened in Bizerte seven months ago , an islamic farewell came at the university housing in Manzel Abd Rahmen ,since that moment  the situation changed for the worst . I Blogged with some videos about what happend and here is the Link , personally i don't find it akward when the same farewell were in Ettounssiya TV yesterday , while i believe that doesn't make any bad effect like what really made before

All civilians in Bizerte Gouvernerate won't ever forget what the Salafists ,workers under Chikh Bilel , did for the Human rights activists when  they invited a prisoner from Palestine  in the last August who criticized
the islamic regime in all the arab world , besides he motionned his support for Bachar Al Asad .Salafists Jihadists as they suppose, Launched an attack on this conference because of  the invitee speech , they horribly assaulted  the others while our minister of interior stayed quiet , and here is one of the consequences

Last but not least, those who named Jihadists started with in the attracting peole in order to have a popularity .Yesterday i was walking in the streets of this Gouvernerate , suddenly i saw an announcement on a shop's wall  for private studies , i got closer i read "only for male" written at the end , that seemd wried to me but when i saw the shop owner who's one of Mr Bilel farewell workers  , i think that this country will make a big step for the back . private studies only for male , girls go back to kitchen ? Chikh Bilel must go back for the old world

ليلة بنزرتية مستقّلة

أيا أيا من غادي , هزّ هزّ تحرك , أمشيلنا يا طفل , أه ولد نفيسة هبط؟ تي عيطلوا عيط ...بعد ما سمعت هذا خرجت نجري ,و جاني عمّ عدنان ...عسلامة لولاد تسكنوا هوني ؟ أييه , أيا مالا تخرجوا تعاونونا مدام تلوحوا في الزبلة قدام البطيمة ؟ و خرجنا و يا محضركم على جو ...أيا يا وليدي ماشيلي و هاتلي مصلحة , تي وينها البالة ؟ لا نهضة لا سلفية لا سبسي وينكم أشبيكم وين حيكم هانا وحدنا , تكبيييير الي يحب يشرب يشرب و الي يحب يصلي يصلي أمّا الي يحب بلادو ما عليه كان يهبط ...الهّم قداش كرهتهم فتنونا و فرقونا و في الهّم زادونا في كل دار من كل حومة تشهد على عتبتهم المشومة , دخلوا في هالشعب دخلت البومة و في العزّاء من الساقين للكرومة و في ليلة الي سي الوزير حرمنا من الطماطم و المقرونة 

قتلكم عتبة مشومة ؟

سيبوا هالشباب المايع ولا أش تسموه , كيف ما نظّف وسخوا ينظّف بلادو من القهر لا عاش كيف أندادو مكسبوا اربعة حيوط لامتوا يبكي على حال الميمّة الي رباتوا و لهالعمر وصلتوا بعد ما تعبت باش جابتوا , حلم بمستقبل و خسارة عينو ما شقتوا أمّا شافت ضحكة , ضحكت التبسيمة الي ديما في الفمّ من الزوالي للكرزّة لليصلي و الي يشرب و الي يشّم جونطة وبتحليل تتكيف و ما يهمّ ...أخطونا و سيبونا راكم كي أولاد الحجلة فرقتونا  أما  في الهم لميتونا و  في العيشة الكلبة نسيتونا يأحزاب بلادي المغبونة , مستقلين و تشدونا , من أوّل دورة تعرضولنا  في أصواتنا نهبتونا و في الوسّخ خليتونا  هاكم شفتوا نظّفناه و مازلنا نظّفوا في خاطر هالبلاد الي ما شفت الفرحة  نبنوها كيف ما بنينا  دنيتنا دنيا فنّ و عيشة بنينّة و من دنيتكم فكنّا و يزينا

عيدي عيدكم ينعاد عليا و عليكم

الله أكبر الله أكبر و سبحان الله و الحمد لله و لا حول ولا قوّة الا بالله , لا الاه الا الله ...كلّ 

صباح من النهار هذا نفيق على نفس الصوت بين قبب الجوامع , نعرف الي بابا معاهم و الدار تستنى فيه باش يذبح ضحيتو . نسمع آخر تبعبع و كل دّار مخّرجة علوشها يتنسم في آخر أوقاتو . البخور يعّجعّج و الوليدات الصغّار ترى في عينيهم البهجة , و اذا ما شوفتش واحد منهم أعرفوا مرض بالفراش و المخدّة السخانة تقلي فيه , زوالي لا والي لا تالي أمّو تستنى السّمط متاع الجيران هذا كان قلوبهم حنّت و السيد الوالد عينيه ما يزّهمش في وجه ولدو مالحشمة , واحد كيفاش يحس كيف مينجمش يشري علوش يفرح بيه ولدو , و البنية شّادت العروسة في تركينتها لا باش تحضر زقٌديدة و لا باش تشوي كبدة , زعمة قلنا عيد حتى الموش واجد ينجم ياكل اللحم نهار العيد أمّا وين ؟ ما يلزمناش نكذبوا غيرنا يفرح موش على خاطر عيد , يفرح على خاطر يهبط على الفجاير للاحياء الراقية باش يذبح بالفلوس , اي ما عندوا ما يعمل يلزم ينطر الفرنك , و حتى كان صغير على الذبيحة فيبالكم ما ينطرش ؟ لا غالطين  راسمالها نصبة صغيرة و شوية حطب , عينيه تتعمى من دخان تشوشيط الريوس , و كبّار الحومة ما شّحهم يستخسروا فيهم دينار , هههه كيفاش ملا عيد الرحمة ؟

 ماعليناش , نهار حوسة تي ماني يلزم نعاون بابا في الذبيحة و السلخان خاصّة , يمضّي السكينة و يقولي " وليدي تعلّم من توا باش عامين أخرين تفك عليا , راني كبرت و معادش عندي جهد

شخصيا حليت عيني في دار عربي مع مماتي يرحمها ماهيش من النوع الي تعيف غسيل الدّوارة , بل عكس هاذيكة خصوصيتنا كا توانسا قدام الحضارة  الاخرى , العصبان يطيب في نهارو حتى الي ما ياكلوش نتصور ياكل القلاية ...الديار تتعبى  من البوس في الشوارب و القلب الهارب ما تعرف صاحبك من عدوك في سنين دايمة و كل عام و أنت بخير و في الحقيقة كان جينا نتمناو لبعضنا , الخير رانا خير من هكا ببرشا  , و الفخرة في كل محضر تحضر من النساء,هاو في عصباني خير و هاني كملت القضية قبلك ,للرجال  هاني ذبحت أكثر منك علالش و هاو علوشي موش مشحم كيفك متاعك ,الله غالب ما يلزمشي ننكروا عرفنا ولو أنّوا أخيب من الخايب 

يا أولاد بلادي استغلوا الاعياد و خلي رحمة في قلوبكم , صّفوا النّية  باش نخليوا للصغارنا أحسن ثنية ...عيدنا عيدهم ينعاد علينا و عليهم 

no more loneliness with Cesaria Evora Barefoot Diva

petit pays , je t'aime beaucoup ... i was So happy with my old life , being with my old freind in the old hood but i had to move on to keep studying in Bizerte north Tunisia . Living in a flat  has new taste for me So better to put a headset than being bothred by noise.I Start my Day with Sodade , i Stand  a little bit while to enjoy an amazing sightseeing especially the horizon of Bizerte beach .'Till i arrive to the high institue putting on that evile headset , which takes you to an other musical world ,thus there is no need to be bathred by the hustle & bustle of the street .But i take it of after having coffee morning & start the lesson

This simple person took away my loneliness with her widespread songs . I Cannot get rid from my stress every day , only if i lit a cigarette & dream deeper in Besame mucho Song .Further , i do my homework only if i listen to her consert in Paris , let' say thanks to the Barefoot Diva now i enjoy doing all my homework .This time is not an obesession , it's an other feeling makes me well known with the headset guy" Bésame, bésame mucho Que tengo miedo a perderteperderte después"

هل آتاكم حديث المطعم الجامعي ؟؟؟

ألوا , تي وينك ؟ ماشي ولا لا ؟ باهي أتوا تلقاني قدام الفاك .هيّا أنت كلّم فلان و فلتان 

خلي يخلطوا , معادش بكري في ايدينا نصّ ساعة بركة .وووه ظاهر فيه معبّي ,محسوب ماستانستش عادي بركة و نورمال .أسمع ماعنديش صرّف قصلي أنت من عندك , بالله كملي خمسين فرنك منغير ما نبقى نصّرف . تي استنى خنشوف الفطور شنية ؟ أم هاني نشوف في مغرفة , زعمة كسكسي ولا مقرونة ؟ لا لا مقرونة يا خرا كعبة ياغورط زادة حتى أنا جيعان , أسمع أسمع قصّلي دوبل براس أمّك .و هكا الفطور يفّرح عند الي ما خلطش ياش يشري كسكروت , متين فرنك عند غيرو شوية صرف , ميجبوش سيقٌارو ميريت أعطيه يعبي كرشوا المسكين حتى الحلم مايشوفو في رمشة عين , زوالي غريب في بلاد النّاس لا عندو لا والي ولا تالي ليلة الي يمرض يلقي الخير في الحيوط , لامتوا من البرد و الموت ...هيّا قصيت؟ ملا نشد أنا الصفّ ,ووه هالوحلة الكلبة أرمي الغربال يركح . ياخي موش هذاكا يقرا معاك ؟ أي...أهوكا قريب يوصل أعطيه ياخذلنا هو ؟ زعمة ؟ تي أعطيه خير ملي تقعد تستنى ؟ باهي باي بركة ...تي شبيك الدزّ  , يا أخت لمّ روحك عيب أحشم ...نعم بابا قتلك أخزرلي انا , هاك انت ترمي في روحك ملا حكاية , ملا معادش تشد الصف وين الاولاد برا بحذا البنات , نشّد وين نحب علاش تحب أنت تتعقرب زعمة زعمة تصلي و تعرف ربّي ؟ ملا مكحوط حتى في شدان الصّف يوقٌف ...هيّا بركة نقص من حسك هنا وصلنا , دوبل يا معّلم برّبي ,برا برا شدلنا بلاصة , أهوكا أهوكا كرسي شدوا , باسم الله , وووه ناقصة ملح تقولش علينا ناكلوا في الطبعى , أنت شوفت الياغورطة مزاللها نهارين و توفى , خير من الشّر لقيتها أنت , هاذم أول مرّة داخلين ؟ علاش ؟ تي هاو جايبون قٌازوز في هالحفرة , كول و اسكت شيهمك في النّاس ههههه ...هيّا هيّا يزيك معادش بكري , تي استى نكمل الياغورطة , هزّها في ايديك , خنغسل يدي بالله , عندك بابي مشوار ؟ خوذ,هيّا خرجنا ؟ , أه , هوا بدا يتثاوب و يحبوهم يقراوا و النوم يهزّ فيهم و يسبط حقا حقا معادش كربوناطو , نفس المعبوكة و نفس الوجوه لمّ شملهم الهّم و هزّتهم الايام ما خلت في شبابهم حتى حاجة تفرح أعطيه ياكل و ما يلقى ما يلوح , محسوب جدت عليكم مجانية التعليم عايشين عيشت اليتيم دموعهم سالت على الخدين ملقاوش صدر حنين يطفي النّار الي شاعلت الجواجي من القهر خلات الطالب يلاجي و ماهومش مأيسن و على الماجستار معملين و يقولولنا من حق الطالب التعليم 

Freedom of documentation for Bahraini cyber activists

There is no doubt that i support Bahrain's uprising, as one of the arab world revolutions. This great people are fearlessly facing the dictatorship  ,The 14 february seemes to be the beginning and i wrote this simple Blog to summarize the events. As i was twitting with my Bahraini followers , i found this video .it's a political short film , about the violation of  freedom in which a simple camera can be a sword .this has never seemd weird to me as i already witnessed  witnessed  cyber activists being victims especially in Tunisia & Egypt , But Bahrain is something different,it's still  ignored by almost of all the TV channels , As a consequence the  internet became thier weapon to resist a fight for better future

Ali Abdulemam : Bahraini activist,  is the creator & founder of bahrainonline.org this site has been onligne since 2005 , the Bahraini authorities arrested him , they investigated with him about why he's running this site . Ali is also a father for 3 children Morthadha , Zahra and Sarah his wife is Jenan in the video said "I used to have a husband who used take care of me ,who used to help me & share the responsability with me , taking care of the kids" .As i see it, the Bahraini authorities messed up their lifes , the innocent kids won't be raised in a healthy happy environment like their mother wished.According to Adam Shaprio a frontligne activist , Ali is more than just a social media activist in Bahrain as his influence extends  the middle East & Africa .The  Bahrainonline web site offered as one of the first the  for bahrainis to freely  express their opinion without having to worry about being arrested .Ali had been arrested again in September 2010 , he have been tortured insulted & humiliated in every  possible way.Abdulemam disappeared  in 2011 , he was sentenced to 15  of jail years for plotting to overthrow the government according to the authorities  .

Freedom For Ali Abduleman 

 Ahmed Ismail : a bahraini cetizen journalist & cameraman aged 22 years old from Salmaniya .He was Shot until death in the right thigh.On 31 march 2012, around 1:30 am there were a peacful protst took place, it was suppressed by security forces with tear gaz & rubber bullet .Ahmed was filming the events , witnesses saw an armed men in unmarked car which was accompanying the security forces,the occupants of the car were shooting live round at the protesters,  Ahmed with was shot at with laser_guided weapon.He was sent to the international hospital ,subsequently he was taken to Salmaniya hospital where his death was announced (Graphic photo of the injury)
